Refund Cancellation Policy

Due to the digital nature of the products and services sold on Pinatapin.com (e.g., e-pins, game codes, gift cards), which are instantly delivered and redeemable upon purchase, all sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.
By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy. You waive any statutory rights of cancellation or "cooling-off periods" that may typically apply to distance selling contracts, as our services involve the immediate supply of digital content.
2. Non-Refundable Circumstances
A refund or exchange will not be provided in any of the following situations:
- You purchased the wrong product, or a product for the wrong game, platform, or region.
- You have changed your mind after the purchase.
- The purchased code was lost, stolen, or redeemed by you or a third party after delivery.
- Your account with the game or service provider (e.g., Steam, Riot Games) has been suspended, banned, or restricted for any reason, including violations of their terms of service. Pinatapin.com is not responsible for actions taken against your account by third-party game publishers.
- You are dissatisfied with the game or service for which you purchased the digital product.
- The product was purchased using promotional bonuses or credits.
3. User Responsibility
It is the user's sole responsibility to ensure that the product they are purchasing is compatible with their device, game account, and region before completing the transaction. All risks and responsibilities related to the use and redemption of the purchased codes are transferred to the user upon successful delivery.
4. Bonuses and Promotional Credits
Bonuses, campaigns, and promotions offered by Pinatapin.com are temporary, have no cash value, and do not grant permanent rights to the user. The maximum usage period for these advantages is three (3) months from the date of issuance unless stated otherwise. Any unused bonuses after this period will be automatically forfeited. The user has no right to claim or use expired bonuses.
5. Exceptional Cases
In the rare and exceptional event that a purchased code is proven to be invalid or already used at the time of delivery due to a fault in our system, we will launch an investigation. To be considered for a replacement, you must contact our customer support at support@pinatapin.com
within 24 hours of your purchase with valid proof (e.g., screenshots of the error message with timestamps). Pinatapin.com reserves the right to make the final decision on whether a replacement will be issued.
